I have been doing stand up about 4-5 years now. I recently got some video of one of my sets and while it's still a little bumpy I am happy with how it turned out and how far I have come.

I was proud of this website I built as a school project in my final semester, a few months ago. It included a new logo, since the business's old logo was just the name in Comic Sans. They let me have free reign with revamping the material from the original site. I also directed a photoshoot with one of my photographer classmates for the photos.

It was a lot of work, but I learned a lot and I think it turned out okay.

I'm proud of this promo vid I did for work with a fellow goon, steeltoedsneakers, we split it up into 6 second vines for privacy awareness week then published it as video.

I'm proud of myself for sticking with writing after four rejected manuscripts. I'm approaching the point where I'm going to be above both the average age and average number of manuscripts written before getting published, which feels embarassing and lovely, but I'm sticking with it because giving up guarantees I won't get what I want.

Also I am proud of myself for getting a quintuple kill with D.Va in Overwatch and winning a game for my team the other day, but that is not a creative thing. It did own though.

I made a roleplay site a while back that's still strangely active, despite the themes and plot being extremely out there in the multi species play by post community. I wont post a link just in case its advertising but here are some screenshots of my site as of now.

Yesterday I finished an oil painting of my late father-in-law. I used a technique i'm not at all familiar with (grisaille) but i'm pleased with the result. Also the video i made of the painting has my favourite song on it and so it's especially poignant for me.

I just launched this music video I've been working on for about a month. I think it turned out well. It came out not costing too much either (Under $400 bucks for everything).

I was never good with analog art, and never did anything in Photoshop more than make dank memes, but I've recently started digging into using Illustrator. Left side was made in Photoshop before I knew anything about raster or vector, whilst the right was in Illustrator after I got a little gud.

Some random landscape I created, inspired by a tutorial or new tool functionality I learned.

And an angry carrot from a couple weeks ago.

I do not wear this mask to protect me. I wear it to protect you from me.

My son is sixteen months old and I made this for his room. The wood is recycled from other projects.

The back pieces used to be on the porch stairs. They had gotten wobbly and got replaced with new. The roughness was perfect for a tree trunk and the wood was nice and thick. The shelves were leftover from replacing my bathroom floor. They were cut in a wide quarter circle (the center of the pattern is actually an inch or so from the corner.) I stacked the shelves and then used a circular saw like a chain saw and roughed up the edges. I made a stencil for the leaves and drew the outline before paint it in. Most of them took multiple layers of paint.

WILL AMOUNT TO NOTHING IN LIFE.

I'm going through a pretty rough divorce right now, and have always wanted to make ambient/electronic music, and, well, my soon to be ex-wife never supported that dream. So in the past month or so, I've been trying my hand at it. I have released about 4 hours worth of music and people seem to like it OK.

I don't know if it's actually good, but it's the first creative thing I've done in years, so I'm pretty proud. Here's the first album I did, OCTOBER13. Hope someone in here likes something I recorded!

https://tlm1986.bandcamp.com/album/october13

and here's a non-ambient tune I did, "Who Are You, Really?"

https://tlm1986.bandcamp.com/track/who-are-you-really

I've also been learning photography. I particularly like taking photos of trees and landscapes.

I don’t come here too much because I haven’t done any creative poo poo in a while, but finished this Im mostly proud of it I guess. I wanted to make a live action Invader Zim movie for years since I was a wee lad, and I finally did. We shot it too quick and left a lot of mistakes and poo poo I had to do whatever I could to fix it in post. But I like the middle section. Fun to shoot, fun to do. Maybe ya’ll dig it
