An update on my situation- girlfriend and I's adoption application is proceeding nicely. Our references were called by the rescue organization's volunteers, and we have our home visit on Friday to make sure we don't have a meth lab or underground dog fighting ring in our living room. If that goes well, we'll be meeting a year-old black lab mix soon- he looks like a sweet boy, but a bit skinny from his time in the shelter! If we hit it off with him, I'm gonna see to it that we make him a fat and happy pupper right quick.  If we do pick this guy up, I'll be looking forward to filling up the thread with pics so that he may enter the Parthenon of Good Boys/Girls like Monty, Timothy, Zipper, Ika, Joy and so many others!

Please hug your dogs for me. My best friend's dog got into something and is currently looking at getting surgery, since she went from vomiting at home to bloody diarrhea at the vet. They're newlyweds and have a baby on the way in one week. I'm praying that he doesn't lose this pup, but we're not sure how we're gonna get enough to save her.

off-leash public dog beach yeah: one of the first I guess ('72) that's the channel/river upstream. If you keep going up a bit it gets a bit "marshy" and low-brush, which is where a lot of the other content is from. That blue tower thing to the right is Seaworld y'all welcome to visit
