Can't think of a Dota throw as hard as Midas Mode getting mad at teams using random too much. It was producing highly entertaining matches that people enjoyed seeing. Why are you tryharding a charity tournament.

I think the issue was more that the all randoming was going to lead to the teams being able to just play straight captains mode in more important rounds co lately negating the point of the tournament

Or they just didn't accurately predict how much the players care about winning a small prize pool tournament that doesn't count towards TI.

what was funny is that before the the changes to bounty values and randoming rewards liquid was rolling around in cash by just randoming most of their picks and winning. nahaz developed an economic model where the rich get richer.
