So, I think its pretty clear for everyone, including cop fan boys like Smelliot that this really has nothing to do with the cops feeling threatened in any sense, and the cops knew he had no gun, and they knew he wasn't reaching for a gun. This was about him being told not to do something, and he did it, reflex or not. Its about having an excuse to kill. So now it is clear that is all that is needed is to fail the cops little word game. They should have fun with it.
