Oh, please do! I would be for the court transcripts of a fuckup scam artist like Ortwin going up against a law firm that really does seem to play for keeps.

Why didn't CIG just a buy a license like a normal dev instead of stealing assets?

You aren't really seeing a widespread narrative as much as you are seeing behind the curtain of his personal insanity in relation to star citizen. Ortwin is his friend! Ortwin is a hero! Ortwin is legendary! All hail Ortwin lolololol! https://twitter.com/CliffordakaMiku/status/936303456003948544 Dude is a mental case that has turned this into a emotional endeavor where he has bought friends. I legit feel bad for him but that's why he thinks the world's worst lawyer is some kind of legal Dwayne The Rock Johnson who is going to flex so hard the contract explodes in the courtroom.

Erin seems to think they bought out the source code. The source code to cryengine. That would be something you talked about, no? Also no, if you branch infringing code from infringing code, you have infringing code. White room implementations are the preferred method forward. Also a quick word to all to remember to keep your fluids up and maybe use some lubricate (I know, blasphemy to some) during these times of extreme rubbing. That is all. Rub.

Nyast posted:Well, if they indeed switched to LY and no traces of CE remained, that claim would be invalid. Question is, did they really switch to LY or not ? This is the current rock in a raging river backers are clinging onto for dear life. Semantics on what the engine is and how lumberyard invalidates the entire contract, instantly blowing up the death star. I'm pretty sure "Lumberyard" is going to solidify as the backer counterpoint to any mention of this particular lawsuit in the future.

There’s no telling how this loan may be affected, but its something else CIG and RSI will be worrying about in the future.
