names are hard. I can spend hours at “name this” screens. We deliberated for ages over my cat’s name eventually setting on Miles as in Miles Edgeworth. my rats I named Coffee and Cream after their colors  one day I’d like a pair of ferrets named Krackle and Boom... ...my girlfriend hates my love of conceptually symmetrical names...

Just give your pets whatever silly/amazing name you're too chicken to saddle your kids with. I'm talking Hieronymus, Nebuchadnezzar, Chapultapek, Numenore, Theodora, Dweezil. Go nuts. You'll wind up calling them "cat" and "dog" 90% of the time anyway. |
