I believe that's the last certificate that was available, so I guess from now on it's either resolve, divest, or... Turn 76 Contract 10 USD for 10 GBP I feel a little bad for Jordan, it's been forever since I resolved a contract (because there's always been either an open slot for me to take advantage of, or something else I wanted/needed to do) and consequently he hasn't gotten to load up any contracts of his own.
