Owl is a horrendous drunk, a sex pervert, and an enabler of most of Megg and Mog's awful crap. in most comics he's just a bit of a passive aggressive pushover--which if you haven't read MM&O obsessively, like most of this thread, i could understand why there'd be confusion.
