Fat Twitter Man posted:Isn’t Turinabol the last thing that would be in a dirty supplement, though? It seems to me, an idiot who knows less than willie d about steroids, that Jones was probably taking some NFL super stealth steroid cocktail that had Turinabol in it and so the only thing that came up in the test was trace amounts of Turinabol? When Jones popped for clomiphene or whatever, wasn’t it the same poo poo his brother popped for like the previous month?

The NFL has a program that is the definition of 'we want to look like we're doing something' and so there are probably idiots there that think they're on the super secret amazing poo poo, but are actually getting away with it because the league doesn't want to catch them and instead wants to pretend that people who are big and fast enough to use the carpool lane are a thing that can occur naturally. And Jones took his cheating advice from these people, unaware that USADA actuall tries to catch people.

Clomephine is pct. Which makes his second positive more damming but there's definitely the poo poo he popped for in supplements. I think the laughter over the steroid he popped for was that it was a lovely old one, not some new hotness. To be honest I find that Jon Jones was taking it as plausible as him being dumb enough to take some tainted creatine some dude in the gym gave him that he bought from China without thinking twice about it.

Daniel Cormier is going to retire this year anyway, so we need Jon Jones back regardless. Cause we're staring down the barrel of Gustafsson vs Shogun 2 for the vacant LHW belt.

It's like the retired Chuck Liddell on cocaine shadow boxing gif while he watches a UFC fight in the audience except not as cool

You do not find steroids naturally occurring in supplements lol. That poo poo makes no loving sense You might find rat bones or insect anuses, maybe even some traces of meth, but not steroids just layin around in jars of protein powder lol.

Fartbox posted:You do not find steroids naturally occurring in supplements lol. That poo poo makes no loving sense There are plenty of testosterone "boosting" substances that get pulled every year or so because they contain hidden ingredients and types of steroids. You're right it isn't naturally occurring, but it does happen.

If you have an opportunity to put something that actually works and that is very cheap (in Mexico) into your wildly unregulated fitness powder (produced in Mexico) you'll find that a lot of people do.

Fartbox posted:You do not find steroids naturally occurring in supplements lol. That poo poo makes no loving sense lol You are wrong. There are two ways steroids can and do commonly end up in supplements. First of all, the manufacturer can be lazy and not clean the pill (or powder) machine when its time to switch over from steroids to supplements. This is often the argument for tainted supplements. The second way is shady manufacturers know that their customers want steroids but they can't be sold on the shelf if they are labelled as steroids, so they quietly put it in and let their customers figure out that their pill "works". Once they get a notice from some government agency to cut it out, they shut down manufacturing of that pill and start making another steroid pill or powder.

Every pre workout that was worth a poo poo 5 years ago contained some sort of meth and/or steroid...and it was glorious. Now they're just all caffeine powder with a bunch of fillers and trace amounts of poo poo that doesn't matter.

Matt Brown says he'd be willing to come out of semi-retirement for a throwdown with Condit. I'd be real nice to finally see those two sling even if they're both done at this point. https://www.mmafighting.com/2018/1/...rlos-condit-ufc

The other devious thing is some powder/pill companies would only put ‘the good stuff’ in one container out of every ten or so, to get consumers (generally bodybuilders) to buy more in the hunt for a batch that works. And also to try to fool random FDA checks.

From what I recall, Nunes didn't seem too keen on fighting Cyborg because they occasionally train together or Brazilian pride or whatever reasons she gave, and I can't imagine a Cyborg fight is worth enough money for the biggest drawing UFC headliner of 2016 to bat an eye at.

Dana also said that Conor will need to fight soon if he wants to keep his belt. If his plan is to wait for the fall, then they'll vacate the title and make it Khabib vs Ferguson for the LW title.
