I'm not quite sure how Prime Minister names work, but Wilmington, Delaware is named after Spencer Compton, 1st Earl of Wilmington.

e: While not the US, Palmerston Atoll in the Cook Islands is home to a place called Scratch My Arse Rock, which seems pretty cool.
