Tim is in the Cone Zone again. He went to the vet last night for two things: a scratch on his eye lens (not a cataract like we thought), and blood in his stool. We haven’t determined yet why the blood is happening, but the suspicion is heightened stress level potentially brought about by the groomer (when this started happening) caused his large intestine to enflame and bleed. There are tests being performed. So, Cone Zone for a week or so while we give him meds. Zipper is perfect.

I don't know if this kind of thing is frowned upon here, but my brother and his wife's dog Eddie had to go in to surgery for bloat. He made it through the first round but it turns out he has to go in again. Visited my parents this week and played with their puppers.  Foxy (the cocker) gave me kisses for 10 straight minutes before I left, and Luna (the shih tzu) watched over me while I slept. They are good dogges.
