I have spent my entire weekend playing Street Fighter V, and I think I have said more expletives in the past two days than I have for the entirety of 2017. The Hori Fight Commander's pretty good. You could also just use a DS4 if you don't mind the d-pad on them

Depends on the game. Most nowadays detect it automatically, but if not you can use Steam's drivers that fake it as an Xbox controller.
