Also, if I'm understanding correctly part of the reason why Crytek is suing Cig is that the latter used stuff made my the former for their marketing campaign, which has resulted in many millions being made for CIG and Crytek not seeing a red cent? Yeah people don't get sent to jail over video games but they sure do over stealing people out of that much money...
