If you’re buying followers, are they bots that will endlessly like and retweet your stuff, falsely inflating your ‘reach’? It seems a silly thing for people to tut their fingers over, even if that’s what it means. Joe Mande bought a million followers, put this in his bio, but still found people paid a lot more attention to him and even got work out of what was essentially a prank that cost him a few $hundred. Ridiculous to suspend someone if that’s all they’ve done.

Halfway through the first episode of Dirty Money, I think I'll enjoy it over all but some of it is a bit on the nose. For example, the opening of the VW episode has a whole bunch of hitler/VW footage with the narrator going "It's normally a cheap shot to bring up Hitler, but in the case of VW it was him that kick started the company in the 1930's" So how is that not a cheap shot? I used to adore the work of Michael Moore and his movies but I think I'm just super burnt out by the lazy comparisons/logic and snarky comments. Huh, so Suits was renewed for another season but they're going to have to retool it as Patrick Adams will not be returning (and obviously Meghan Markle is leaving too.) Personally I tapped out two seasons ago when it seemed like they really weren't interested in advancing anything and were just once again rehashing all the stuff with Mike.

The whole Mike Ross main plot started to fizzle pretty hard in season 3 and just kept kind of dragging the show down from a ton of other really interesting plots. Plus, its not like the show isn't going to get millions of dollars of free publicity when every article about the new Duchess mentions her starring role on Suits.

Yeah. I zoned out of Suits a few seasons back but it was pretty early on that Mike's story really became a lot of baggage for the show that was really difficult to right around without just rehashing the same stuff. I like Mike and losing Meghan Markle is a tragedy, but the show is probably better off focusing on Harvey and law firm soap opera stuff. Which it kept TRYING to do but ultimately everything had to keep coming back to Mike because it was just way too much baggage.
