Assuming other sites don't work then possibly it's some sort of abortive attempt at a phishing style website that edits in links to non-existent porn in the hopes that users will click on them. Maybe the creator hasn't finished it yet. Or maybe it was just half-assed in the funniest way possible.

Edit: The funniest possibility would be if it actually turns out to be an actual working phishing website designed to lure in goons to gawk at the thing and see what funny situations they can create/find on the forums.

There was a site called "Pornolizer" or something that was like a web proxy that did something like this to any website.

This one seems a bit more creative though. I once had an idea to train a markov chain text generator on porn video titles + comments. I imagine the results would be similar.
