I feel like Hextall doesn’t get nearly enough crap for the Schenn trade, dude has 55 points in 60 games this year. Lehtera has 3 in 40. Like, in what world was that deal defensible.

Having watched Schenn both years, it’s a bad, bad trade, but Schenn looks like a totally different player this year. No way he has 55 points in Philly this year. Still a bad trade. Basically everyone had figured Schenn had plateaued as a mid-50s scoring shutdown guy. Two 1sts is pretty good for that. Nobody could have predicted St. Louis has the good HGH.

I ended up going out last night so I missed the game but what the hell Washington? You gave up 7 goals to Chicago? At least Vancouver poo poo all over the Bruins and Detroit won so the standings didnt really change, but still.
