At least hockey shootouts are marginally better than soccer shootouts although hockey overtime is enough better than soccer overtime that they are way worse by result.

Instead of a shootout, after first OT they should play 10 minutes of 3v3, then 5 minutes of 2v2, then 5 minutes of 1v1, then unlimited 1v1 with no goalies. There I fixed it.
