ITT please brainstorm, discuss, and create/propose new default newbie av. I can't guarantee it'll get used but it's more likely to if I can offer an alternative!

Some thoughts:

It should be slightly diminuitive - it can't be too nice! Channel your inner a little. Like we want it to encourage people to buy a new av. But it doesn't have to be horribly mean or ugly either.
Who knows maybe we can strike the perfect balance between nice to look at, and still bad enough that people want to buy an av

It probably should not be animated or minimally animated
