I went to high school with the heir-to-be of his family’s cat food empire. He was super modest and drove some busted 80s Toyota truck. You wouldn’t know he was worth billions until you noticed his name was Jeremy Meow-Mix.

The Dandy Warhols's name is from, obviously in hindsight, Andy Warhol. More like I'd never bothered to notice it before because I only know that one song from them, so it wasn't as shocking as finally getting the Beatles pun a while back (probably from here?). I immediately wondered if Andy Warhol could be described as bohemian but I can't tell because I just get results about the song.

Being bohemian was like being a 19th-century hipster, it wasn't the same as being a dandy. e: disregard, I misinterpreted the post, apparently it's a song.

The saxomaphone was actually invented by a guy called Adolphe Saxoma. He also invented the saxomatromba, saxomahorn, and saxomatuba.

I don't know if you're just messing around or if it's a dialect thing for the instrument names or what but his name was Adolphe Sax and he invented the saxophone, saxhorn, saxtromba, and saxtuba.

TIL that “judgment” (not “judgement”) is actually the correct spelling of the word (in American English) after our copywriter proofed something for me. Yes things change over time and accepted use cases etc I get it. I just didn’t even know judgment was on the table. It just looks wrong.
