If they both make it to Snatch Game i think they'll potentially be forces to be reckoned with. They're super quiet but have been delivering solid performances and looks on the DL these past two episodes. I like them a lot. Kameron is way funnier than I expected her to be. She was so good in the last episode.

This feels similar. But all of the acting looked like histrionic bullshit to me, so I'm assuming there's an art to it that I don't understand.

Drag Race Thailand is what I want normal drag race to be. It's reminding me of seasons two and three of drag race were like. Those girls fight like hell to be there and this week's elimination was heart-breaking. p'Art and p'PanPan also show why they're judges every single week. They come out with strong looks that may or may not work but they're interesting. Panpan is still a bar queen and I love that about her, yelling during lip syncs and providing active criticism. The talking heads are great and shady. I love dearis Doll. She's amazing at mugging and a great tv personality. And she's a loving shrimp farmer.

I would love it if they have p'Art and p'PanPan on a future season of Drag Race. Only because I want Pangina to scream FIGHT FOR IT when two queens are lip syncing. Her being that into it gets me every time.

Finally caught up and episode 2 was great. They need to keep the 90-minute format. We got workroom Ru, mini challenges, full runway. It was awesome. Also I watched both untuckeds and it is messy and I LOVE it.

I think it's been stated at some point that Ru or WOW don't want to have any other queens at the judging table, even out of drag. I feel like that's the only plausible reason Lady Bunny has never judged an episode. You'd think she would have done a bunch of them by now if there wasn't an unspoken (but I think spoken at some point) rule about Ru being the only drag queen at the table.

I actually recall reading that Lady Bunny didn’t want to be put in a position of judging other queens. Hence why she was cool doing Drag U. Lady Bunny, the original Ben De La.

I said I felt!!!! But yeah I looked it up and lol must have misremembered, there's been no official announcement. Certainly seems like an unspoken rule after 12 seasons with no other queen ever judging, though. Also re: Bunny and Drag U I always heard she was offered a spot on RPDR proper but turned it down(probably because she didn't want to judge other queens, yeah), which is why she ended up doing Drag U later.

There are some cute interactions between favorite Queens and it can be genuinely cute at times. I never minded it as much as some people seem to but I'm also a big softie and a sucker for makeover shows.

Some parts of it are really fun, like the interactions between the queens and the women being made over, the werkroom stuff, the family's reaction, all pretty good especially if you're a softie (like me, too). There's just a lot of awkward scripted stuff that I really don't like. If you want a drag race fix and you haven't seen it before, watch it. It's not the worst, just really awkward at parts. But you also get things like a giant butch lesbian bench pressing Ongina (god I loved that lady).

It's a bad show but worth watching for Lady Bunny and also Rujubee, as well as the other queens who pop up. But there's some seriously great Raven and Juju stuff.

We only watched two episodes so I'm not gonna claim it definitely played out that way, but we were bored of it and the premise skeeved us out.

Julie Goldman was made over on an episode of Drag U, and she spilled all the behind the scenes tea on a long since deleted episode of Gay Pimpin' with Jonny McGovern. Basically, the whole experience was hellacious for her. They had absolutely no say on their looks, everything was already decided before they got there. When they weren't filming, she was basically locked in a small room with just a metal folding chair, and no food or water. She hated the whole experience, and World of Wonder threatened to sue her rear end for speaking about it, so the episode was deleted.
