No that is a juvenile cockatoo making the "FEED ME I AM HUNGRY" noise, they will do it for as long as it works. All the Australian parrots I've heard sound more or less like that when they do that particular sound, just scaled up in volume depending on size.

Somewhere in this thread I read about eye pinning. I wish my conure's eyes weren't brown and black because I can't tell if he's boggling his eyes out at anything. And I'm jealous of any of these parrots that play with toys or let themselves be touched by things, my bird hates everything. I got him a tiny plastic maraca like the dang videos and he's like nope. fear orb. I got him a xylophone to peck and make fun noises and nope. I got him a suctioncupped perch for shower time and hell no. He hates everything. You can't buy this guy a toy.

He was so good with the camera and the tonne of people getting within a metre for photos. They're also known as Snake Birds because they swim with only their head above the water, lookin all snakey.
