I suspect when the dust settles the really bad actors will be CIG high-rankers behind Chris and out of the limelight. Ortwin, the Elms brothers, or people at that level. Those who knew Chris was out of control but were happy to let him ramble whilst skimming hugely inflated salaries and bonuses off the funding.
