Are you able to turn off iPhone location settings? With Android I can head to the park, walk around and catch everything, then as I'm heading home I'll turn off locations once my trainer is at the sweet spot of 2 gyms and 2 stops. As I'm driving home or to work, I get up to an hour's worth of go-tcha spins. With this fighting event it's been nuts, started at 1200/1500 and had to start deleting revives and potions at the half hour mark.

Disconnect and reconnect the go+ to reset the connection timeout. Position yourself on top of a cluster of stops or gyms. Wait until your go+ or whatever is highlighting one of them, then kill location. You should end up locked in place with the GPS signal not found warning, but the go+ will keep highlighting and allowing spins every 5 minutes until the hour timeout hits the go+ connection.

I wonder if raids lasting longer into the night is a thing of the past. Less and less people are willing to raid at the end of the day after I'm off work because I think everyone's trying to pile in on the hot 3-5pm window. If raids could extend their spawns by even an hour when summer is officially here, I'd appreciate it greatly.

Yeah I realized that too. I'm just a little anxious right now because the fighting event means double exp at raids and I'm missing out when no one wants to do the last raids of the day. I'm also not looking forward to the titans because I'm afraid they're just going to contribute to the amount of high defense/low attack mons that get recommended in people's raid teams. The concept of using better attackers to end the raid earlier is already too much to explain to more casual players. Even with preset teams being a mechanic, asking people to change their teams is probably too much of a chore for people at raids.

So how do you avoid the soft ban, and how long am I banned for? Edit: figured it out. guess I shouldn't do this, drive home, and expect to hit my usual stops when I get there. It does work though.... Is it possible for a nest to either disappear completely, or spawn trash Pokemon? I walked by the nearby park stop yesterday, which used to be a Corphish nest (before the water event started). After the migration, there's only Rattata.

Commons usually evolve at 25 candies or less, so the more you have, the more you can evolve. Which means more XP. I used to pray for common spawn nests. Gimme all the pidgeys!!!

Anyone in here playing on a Moto X4? Thoughts? I'm considering upgrading from my old and tired Nexus 5X, which has just been making GBS threads the bed lately. Half the time I load the game, the framerate dips down to unplayable levels.

I had huge issues with my Nexus 6 (not 6P, just vanilla 6) formatted it and everything has been lovely so I can continue to hold out for the Pixel 3. Granted, if you're due for an upgrade anyway that won't help, but if the sole reason you're looking to upgrade is poo poo Pogo performance like I was, try that.

I went to another park with nests and found Shuppet there (was previously Spoink), and the event spawns didn't seem to be affecting them.
