All of his early stuff is arguably "classic", but you get a lot less of the political anger with his later work. Not sure if you're familiar with some of the newer stuff that's kinda g-funk revival but if you like that sound G Perico is that dude.

Also that Lupe video made me put in The Cool and man, you can already hear the super-poppy overly dramatic hooks leaking into his stuff. This album hasn't aged well imo.
