They are a good team and fun to watch. The league is better off having interesting stories like this. It sucks that the NHL is so bad at marketing because this is drawing interest to the game and they should do more with it. E: or alternatively: nice hfboards post

for real though even if its a good story i dont think the jets are a "cinderella" story. for years pundits were like "man this team is gonna be good, maybe even win a cup!...someday, if their prospects pan out, they move on from pavelec, and overhaul their bottom six." then exactly those things happened and now the jets are on a great run. yes i know that post is from reddit

I've stumbled upon his videos. It's like watching a parody of a Canadian hockey fan, except it's real. He's the opposite of hot takes. In fact, he's sorta boring. But sometimes you just want to hear a 20 minute long soliloquy about the pros and cons of the 1995 Devils neutral zone trap. More power to him, dude clearly loves hockey.
