finally caught up with the show and untucked after a busy weekend. pretty good episode, even if the challenge was pretty awful. a sarah palin caricature is the standout character?! what year is it!? aquaria done good in challenge but done goofed that runway look. she looked forty at best, but i guess when you're young, anything over 30 looks old. i was surprised Cracker didn't really get slammed; i love her online, i love Review With A Jew, but god drat she needs to pull her finger out and win a challenge, otherwise she's gonna be forgotten among the bigwigs. monet is doing good again and looking more like a contender for final three. her pre-reveal runway look was terrific. she could have worked that thing for a bit longer before giving us tube-sock nightmares. kameron's makeup and face was outstanding. it reminded me of those old man faces they use in jackass movies. just terrific. pity she blew the main challenge so hard. the lipsynch was fine. nothing blew my mind, but the double-splits jump was a cool moment. i guess i get another week of bitching about eureka being a one-note pain in the rear end, though, so good job ru! keep the flame alive!

Did i hear somewhere that Kameron is a special effects makeup artist? That's awesome. I really love her and her personality. She feels like a queen i would totally be friends with irl. Also that mug out of drag, and those arms

I have seen Hurricane Bianca 2, and while I had fun I can't say it's a great movie but I'm a big fan of the screenwriter and I could tell his jokes were all over the movie. I expect I'd have had more fun watching it in a theater with a group of people. Katya is a surprisingly good actor when he was able to be semi-normal, and there's one joke that killed me that I had no idea was coming and you are interested in the film you should see it before you get spoiled.

Asia meanwhile, representing the sensible sisterhood - which i would agree with wholeheartedly if i wasn't a petty, vindictive, drama-loving reality tv pain in the rear end. but then she delivers this brutal smackdown: "i think your perception of drag is limited to what you've seen on Drag Race." Asia, god drat, i live for you. salt and light in equal measure. NYC queens representin'. Aquaria walks back her comments from the previous night, losing points from me. this show needs more Vixen-esque drama, none of this BEST FRIENDS bullshit. macho-man mini challenge seems like it'd be made for kameron michaels. his deadpan as hell delivery is the best thing i've ever heard. "i believe that's doable" will be a meme by the end of the week, if ever i've heard one. Monet feels like a character from a key and peele sketch, and i mean that in the most complimentary way. stop the press tho! this mini challenge very nearly makes me like Eureka. she is pretty hilarious in it. big gay John Candy vibes. then she wins, i go back to disliking her again, and she... presumably does something shady with assigning queens to their makeover partners? i guess we'll find out!
