Well since everyone needs a reason to spice up the series Ayesha Curry is claiming that someone bumped her pregnant belly last night after the game https://twitter.com/HoustonCorey713/status/1000020891659534337?tfw_site=TMZ&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&ref_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tmz.com%2F https://twitter.com/ayeshacurry/status/1000050655397138432 Houston Corey doesn't seem to believe her but I just don't know. Maybe she really did get belly bumped. Hopefully this case will be solved

I know he can be an rear end in a top hat on court but I am surprised how often he is overlooked in voting and such He's short and gets the Reggie Miller treatment (this year is the first year he's played alongside another MVP caliber player). Blake Griffin is an overrated trash man. CP3 has ranked within the top eight of WS/48 players the last ELEVEN straight seasons. Now picture and imagine all the hundreds of NBA players who've been called "great" and "consistent" and "elite" and all that other mumbo jumbo. Flush those other players right down the toilet because the only player who's had a longer streak than eleven is Kareem with fourteen straight.

I'm somewhat confused about why people are worried about Durant defensive specialist James Harden having a great game, but I'm hopeful that the Rockets best offensive player Luc Mbah a Moute will fully recover from his injury so we can win game 6. Also, this sort of situation is exactly why the Rockets have been hoarding made 3s by missing all of them, which is how statistics works heh https://twitter.com/Jonathan_Feigen/status/1000082016350568449 chunkles fucked around with this message at 23:06 on May 25, 2018 |

It is funny that people in the basketball media call the other Rockets "hood ornaments" to the offense but Eric Gordon and PJ Tucker are the reasons why Houston is where they're at right now.

There's also the fact that loads of players have balked at a similar role. There was an article a few weeks back about how the Rockets are worried about making any roster moves not because they don't think they can get better but because they know they're lucky to have guys who are okay with getting 1 play call a game while Harden/CP3 dribble around.

I can't imagine why you choose a defensive anchor (serge) over a 3rd play maker when you already have 2 elite ones

Can you explain that? A lot of it has been dispelled now but for a long time he was criminally underrated because he played on a slew of Indiana Pacers teams without any other stars* and never won any titles. Just like CP3 was derided for not making it to the WCF for a long time. Statistical analysis has revealed that Reggie Miller was an exceptional scorer. 4,580 people have been good enough to make it into the NBA/ABA but only two have reached 22,000+ points while being positive 2P and 3P (50%+ and 33.3%+) shooters. Reggie Miller and LBJ. Super elite company. *Dale Davis and Rik Smits were decent players but not really close to what you need for a title team. Prime Shaq vs. Rik Smits etc. Ghost Dog posted:i keep trying to flush curry down the toilet but a tuft of pube beard always floats to the top and asks me if ive heard the good news I'd be like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9BOOv6NNnP0&t=77s Metapod posted:I can't imagine why you choose a defensive anchor (serge) over a 3rd play maker when you already have 2 elite ones The reasoning back in 2012 (of the pro-Harden faction) was that Harden was already a demonstrably better scorer. Ammanas posted:They picked Westbrook over Harden. They didn't really make a choice, Harden wanted to leave. It just wasn't reported at the time. Kevin Martin knew he was going to OKC before the season even started, they just had to figure out what else would be in the deal. You can say, they should have made a better deal than Kevin Martin and a late lottery pick, sure, but when other teams know your player wants to leave, they have leverage. Presti and the rest of the scouts did a good job and got very lucky, it's just a shame that their incredibly good players all had FATAL FLAWS
