Looks like Fightcade's still better but I haven't tried myself. I bought it on Switch as well and the training mode seems deece.

Apparently, they included the 1.0 version of ST which had a bugged difficulty selection so it's always the highest difficulty. And that makes the arcade mode almost impossible.
