A betting company (paddy power) was following TIll around before the fight. That particular video was of his weight cut and it looked loving atrocious. I don't know if it was just for sensationalism but at the end it says they stopped filming out respect because his health had deteriorated so much. This is after filming him laying on a mattress because he's gone blind and can't run anymore. I can only assume he started going full David Goggins.
