Hm. So obviously the orbital site is the correct choice - if the Mechanoids show up, not only will it likely keep them from torching Kaijuburg, they probably won't scourge the rest of the planet either.  1. B 2. FG, unless someone gives us a super good reason for Leadership being a crucial upgrade. edit also that's a gorgeous goddamn spaceboat

Can we put the facility in a lunar orbit? I don't imagine it will be high traffic in the early days so that's a little extra harder to find.

Tactician's not exactly a must-have per se but those bonuses to Fighters launched from the ship would be handy, especially since Mechonids also tend to swarm their targets with fighters and the Foregone Conclusion doesn't have much defense against fighters besides launching interceptors of our own. It's also the only really naval combat trait on offer and for personal combat we already have two poo poo-wreckers on deck. Also TenSixths is definitely the leader here so it couldn't hurt to be slightly better at it. That said the ship is already pretty decently strong and there's reasons to go after more broad utility, too. It's not like the trauma of losing Jenni would completely override other concerns in favor of appeasing the combat-oriented Warmind part of her psyche, right? Having the Black Marketeer trait helps make more money (and I'm pretty sure Resources and STPs are conflated into a single item for the purposes of this CYOA), while the potential uses for a capable Hacker should be obvious.
