I refrain from talking about Morrissey except if it's about his music. I love him so much, but.....

Does Dear Rouge have a terrible tour manager, Clam Down? I checked the venue they are supposed to be playing at in Windsor in October and its not really a venue, just a bar with amps on the floor and super small. They also canceled here a few years back because there was virtually no promotion for it. Really frustrating.

Jungle has been releasing some singles from their new one. They seem to be leaning away from the funk a bit and more towards a kind of Broken Bells sound. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6dtXL_P2b8 There are still some nonzero levels of funk though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lv5uiDbbWv0

They *still* haven't even announced a Vancouver date/venue for their fall tour despite being FROM here. They're playing Skookum fest but that doesn't count. Their new music video is excellent to such a good track, they definitely deserve a better tour https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWcAF-orlWg

I was incredibly confused because I loaded the bookmark for this thread on this post just as I was listening to this track on Hope Downs. "Talking Straight" should be dominating airwaves across the world. Really excited to see them again this September.

There's nothing inherently wrong with RBCF at all - it's decent music, but man it just doesn't really scratch that itch for me like it seems to for the rest of y'all.

Not digging the new Florence + The Machine at all, sadly. Her voice is great as always but the whole album is just soooooo slow. Other than two songs most of the album is just forgettable.

Elohim is so good. Saw her open for the Glitch Mob recently and she’s playing a lot of US summer festivals. This is a somewhat official remix, it’s the way better version she’s been playing live. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naqe0c3VpXk
