Does Dear Rouge have a terrible tour manager, Clam Down? I checked the venue they are supposed to be playing at in Windsor in October and its not really a venue, just a bar with amps on the floor and super small. They also canceled here a few years back because there was virtually no promotion for it. Really frustrating.

They *still* haven't even announced a Vancouver date/venue for their fall tour despite being FROM here. They're playing Skookum fest but that doesn't count. Spoon and grizzly bear were awesome. Great show. Grizzly bear had a lot more energy then i expected and spoon was nothing like when i saw them touring They Want My Soul. Lot of weird interludes and extended grooove jams. Very cool.

Not digging the new Florence + The Machine at all, sadly. Her voice is great as always but the whole album is just soooooo slow. Other than two songs most of the album is just forgettable.
