Are people adding their names to the top of the list? I stopped a little ways in last night now I see names I don't recognize before the spot I stopped and really don't want to re-enter a bunch of numbers to see if I already have them or not

A bunch of the friend codes are indented or right aligned or something for no real reason, too. Someone decided to poke it when they shouldn't have.

With 110-ish friends it's really annoying scrolling to the bottom of the list to send gifts to lower rank friends. SORTING PLEASE e: Also, why is there even a limit on gifts in your bag? SORTING PLEASE It’s probably because you can’t delete gifts from your bag so people with like 3 friends would complain that their bag was full of gifts they couldn’t get rid of. I’m always amazed at niantics ability to design features with glaring design flaws which could be so easily resolved with systems already in other parts of the game, like being able to set favourite friends or use sorting How much money did they make from this game again? Because it feels like the bare minimum is being reinvested

Anyone else having an issue with the friend level not updating? I'm 6 days from the next level with my wife while she is only 4 from said level with me.. yes, after many app reloads We've traded gifts every day, and done raids + gym battles together every day since it came out. Yet she's sliding to the bottom of my friend list

Now that it's important to hatch eggs again I'll remind everyone to abuse the location updating system if you drive anywhere. Basically find the stoplights near your house that are within a kilometer and open/minimize/open with an 8 minute window. Like this: Driving home: get to last major light. Open Pokemon up and make sure your nearby spawns are showing. Check the time. Minimize. Get home. ~8 minutes after you checked the time , reopen Pokemon and let your location update. You need to basically make the game think you stayed under the 6mph/1mile per ten minute speed limit. Leaving home: open Pokemon, get the spawns to load, minimize, then head to car etc. It's not foolproof, you'll always have issues with pokego dropping from memory if you use anything else, timing is annoying and easy to do too early or too late. But the kms can really add up fast with no effort. Before it was annoying since you'd often clear out eggs getting home and not be able to hatch more when heading back out, but gifts sure solved that problem.

Finally snagged a freakin' Ditto (thank you, Go-tcha) and a bonus Shuppet at the gas station. 4 more ghosts and I can finally move the gently caress on! I used to snag a Ditto every 1-2 weeks just off of Go-tcha catches, but since the events started running, it's been well over a month. Now to find out if that nest up north of here is still spawning ghost-types...

If you hold the ball and make circles it makes it spin and fly off in a curling motion - so aim to the side of a wide target ring. Absolutely all of them are at 6 days remaining, even though most should be at 5 or 4.

Yup, there was a solid year at the beginning where there were just no content updates. There was another year of slowly rolling out content, and we're really only now getting to the point where there's an actual game to be played.

Around our local fire Dept and post office there are 4 stops and 2 gyms so I tend to walk over there and do a weird little diagonal circuit around so by the time I get back to the start they''ve reloaded.
