It's like one of those Massachusetts mill towns that now only has a good college, except it's Wisconsin so it's not an especially good college and the town lacks the honorable patina that 350 years of history brings (in the U.S., beyond these shores 350 years still isn't very long) and has a larger problem with heroin and meth.
