Asuka was very intelligent about marketing and getting herself out there in Japan while being independent so if she were to let her contract expire and go back to Japan, there's probably a good chance she's somehow leverage that into making the same or better money than she was before (In WWE) and making sure she's got a lasting legacy in Japan.

Considering how they book Meiko Satomura in her guest appearances, I have no doubt that Asuka/Kana could sign with DDT and become an instant main eventer and get to spend all her time beating up their young boys.

But yeah, if Asuka were to leave WWE, I don't think she would be back until Vince and Kevin were completely gone/out of power. It's pretty obvious at this point that once Triple H and Stephanie gain power, they plan on doing a massive purge of Vince's yes men, which includes Kevin Dunn.

Asuka is a businesswoman. She knows what’s good for her bottom line and I don’t think leaving WWE would net her as much as she’s making now. I think her WWE run has only been bad since Wrestlemania and it’s not going to make her leave to make half as much money somewhere that’s not going to give her as much overall exposure. She spent a lot of years doing comedy matches in Osaka and I don’t think awful SD booking would be enough to make her leave to go back to doing stuff like that. Unless, of course, NJPW were to decide she could be their first woman wrestler, maybe she might prefer getting beat up by Minoru Suzuki to jobbing to Carmella?

That was a rather vague post of nothing. If anything, I'm glad to see Asuka in WWE if just for the fact that she's making money and that she's on a platform (The Network) where I can watch some of the diamonds in her run even if her WWE run appears disappointing at first glance.

I had a short window when I believed it then edited the post when it was revealed to be fake. So I should reiterate the post above it where I say she’s a businesswoman and doesn’t care as much at her bad booking as much as the income it’s pulling in. WWE has bigger, or at least average sized problems to worry about today!

Some used to, and some still do, but for the most part they don’t. I think it’s partly a budget thing and partly because video isn’t as important as the live experience, which is due to the budget.

Most talk Peyton has had since being called up. Meltzer talked in Meltzer speak. Normals (non-subscribers) hear it. Peyton's matches have sucked largely post-boob job. And WWE directly/indirectly rewarding boob jobs with pushes & the body pressure that bringings is still a thing in the modern era. That's the real issue.
