OFFICIAL RACIST
Let's visit Wrestle Forum, since I haven't posted anything from there in awhile:

In a thread titled: "Why are the matches on NXT so good compared to the main roster?"

Hmm yes, NXT is nothing but flippy spots.

NXT is overrated and their match finishes are confusing and hard to understand, unlike the main roster!!!

It's really funny this was an actual thing, since I guess there are some main roster WWE fans starting to crawl out of the woodwork solely to poo poo on NXT now because it destroys whatever the main roster puts out pretty much every time.

THERE IS A DUDE WHO WRITES SIXTH GRADE LEVEL POETRY ABOUT PRO WRESTLING

https://hairywrestlingfan.com/2018/08/20/blackheart-vs-rebel-heart-an-original-poem/

quote:

Separate they climbed to reach the big time,

Struggled along living from dime to dime.

Heart to heart they achieved their glory,

Won over fans with an emotional story.

But along the way their paths were parted,

Their bond once strong is now departed.

Each man a foe but once a friend,

Rebel Heart. Blackheart. Rivals ’til the end.

When one fell short the other turned spiteful,

And broke up a bond once strong and delightful.

Once stood by his side on the day that he wed,

Then drove a crutch to the back of his head.

Their friendship was over in a blink of an eye,

Goodbye to the memories of D-I-Y.

With heart turned black and beard turned prickly.

His actions in the ring were devious and sickly.

He spat on their union and tossed it aside,

And brought out the darkness from deep inside.

Punished each other until they could stand no more,

Weapons were broken, skulls hit the floor.

The rebellious heart tried to keep composure,

To defeat his foe and receive some closure.

But after his wife was put through sadness,

Darkness took over and so did the madness.

Blinded by anger spawned from his rival,

Rebel Heart forgot his sense of survival.

This Starlord succumb to his rivals’ ambition,

To send his morals into a violent transition.

Evil won the battle through deceit and sin,

Opened a heart to let darkness creep in.

But the war rages on with no end in sight.

Rebel Heart. Black Heart. Destined to fight.

https://hairywrestlingfan.com/2018/05/30/andre-an-original-poem/

quote:

He emerged from France seeking fortune and fame,

Andre the Giant, the whole word knows the name.

Standing seven-feet tall, too heavy to weigh,

A face so iconic it could make people Obey.

A myth come to life far, greater than the rest,

The Giant beat them all, the best of the best.

An incredible figure mother nature had allowed,

Whole rooms shook when he walked through a crowd.

He didn’t need to be flashy or ooze with finesse,

Fans were in awe when he hit the gorilla press.

In-between those ropes there was one guarantee,

Andre couldn’t be pinned for that one, two, three.

Inside the squared circle, Andre was the boss,

Went a whole fifteen years without one single loss.

Released gas so pungent it’d make you recoil,

Better go to the back, wash off that baby oil!

Shrouded in legends that were never put to rest,

Had three rows of teeth and two hearts in his chest.

Suffered crippling pain yet always in the fight,

Over one-hundred beers by the end of the night.

Inside the ring this behemoth was prevailing,

Outside the ring his giant frame was failing.

Fans filled-up buildings from floor to the ceiling,

Andre never showed pain he was always concealing.

Yet not all were so applauding, supportive and sweet,

Branded as a freak by strangers on the street.

He shrouded his agony with lashings of beer,

It’s hard to imagine he could ever shed a tear.

What made Andre so iconic and famously tall,

Ultimately was the cause of his painful downfall.

Although his mighty spirit was desperate to stay,

His body failed his soul when the icon passed away.

His death brought a tear to even the hardest of men,

There’ll never be another like this giant again.

Despite the imitators and an occasional knockoff,

There’ll never be another like Andre Roussimoff.

https://hairywrestlingfan.com/2016/10/05/eddie-an-original-poem/

quote:

Little legs on the floor, crossed with expectation,

With a remote in hand to find the right TV station.

Every Saturday morning, whilst the sunlight crept in,

I’d be wide-awake and ready for wrestling to begin.

I sat in anticipation, pyjamas rested on my skin,

To see who would lose, and who was going to win.

Out of all the colourful characters that appeared in front of me,

The one that meant the most was the amazing Eddie G.

Born down in El Paso, blessed with the Guerrero name.

Technical, charismatic, the best in the game.

He gave every inch, he grinded down to the knuckle.

The crowd always popped when he climbed the turnbuckle.

He would kick and claw and scratch and bite,

Fought many blood battles beneath the spotlight.

A man bred for greatness, a champion in the ring.

Guerrero was my hero, Guerrero was the king.

On a dark November day, many years ago.

I felt a sadness in the air, and a cold breeze blow.

I walked onto the courtyard, dressed in school uniform.

And suddenly, to my surprise, classmates began to swarm.

All the kids gathered round and franticly said,

“Haven’t you heard? Eddie Guerrero is dead.”

With one fell swoop, my happiness had drowned.

I couldn’t believe what I’d heard that day on the playground.

I didn’t trust what I was hearing, I knew it was a lie.

That is until I tuned in and saw the wrestlers cry.

I’d seen him alive and well just a few days before.

How could it be that my hero was no more?

I couldn’t get over it, my first experience of death.

My one true idol had breathed his final breath.

When he was in the ring, wrestling was an art.

He lied, he cheated, and stole a place in my heart.

I wasn’t ready to say goodbye, you had so much left to do.

You always gave your everything, and for that I must thank you.

Whether blinded by crimson, or flooded in sweat,

Your face is a memento that I never will forget.

Although you’re no longer here, although you are no more,

I’ll never forget those memories born on my living room floor.

And now although you’re gone, although I wasn’t ready.

You’re still my hero. My idol. The one and only, Eddie.

There's way more. They are all incredible.

And quite apart from that, surely the phrase "Card subject to change" means that this is entitled fanboy / agenda based whining. The card has *always* been subject to change, no excuses have *ever* been offered, and WWE have often played fast and loose with cards. There's literally no issue here.

WWF falsely advertised Stone Cold wrestling on a PPV during the peak of the Attitude Era. It's always been a thing.

saying that it's not an issue is dumb. Card subject to change means that things might change because they can't reveal storyline or someone might get hurt. WWE uses it as an out to not feel obligated to give what they advertise. Advertising your biggest names and consistently not having them show is an issue.

My point isn't that the practice is not bad. My point is that the dude is unfortunately right and while the get over it tone is dumb and assholish, it's not like TNAMecca poo poo or bad poetry.

No, card subject to change is supposed to cover injuries or other acts of God. WWE used to care about this, and at times other promotions did. Some didn't. In the past some commissions even went after companies who pulled things like this. But now they aren't regulated and don't care so it means "gently caress you, you'll buy tickets and like whatever we put out."
