microservices are dumb but what are they doing to violate hipaa? also they're not doing machine learning they're just doing analytics for preventative care which is good.

no and they probably aren't actually using machine learning, but there are probably ways to use machine learning to detect certain lifestyle problems (ex: poor diet + exercise) for which you don't have measures.
