he's been tested only once since his failure, i'd imagine he'll just Never Get Tested. similarly, when wwe had implemented drug testing with a 3 strike rule, one of their star wrestlers Randy Orton kept failing over and over again, with them claiming two separate failures were one failure after the fact, and then after his 5th failure, they just claimed there was a quiet policy where failures were expunged if you went to a program.
