FPWW Mod news: Looks like Carl has calmed down/turned around a bit and actually done some tweaks to allow certain mods 2.0 didn't completely gently caress up to work again in with the new NJPW DLC/2.0 update. However lots of stuff still isn't feasible, basically anything that modifies the match in progress (Such as modded arena appearances short of hard swapping texture files, free camera mod, etc). He just did these because they were short and easy, he's still remaining focused on continuing to mod for 1.2.Carlzilla posted:Contains 6 of the requested mods for 2.0 + More Weapons because why not... From what I've seen of the new career mode it looks like the kinda cheesy fun that I'd enjoy. Normally I'd just decide to get it now because of that and the creation suite. But I honestly dont have the time between Fist of the North Star, Odyssey and Read Dead 2. And I bet it'll be on sale in November.

He hasn't even looked at the other two to see how feasible they are yet. For my handful of loyal viewers, slight chance there won't be a show tonight. We're expected to get strong winds this afternoon and evening from Hurricane Michael, and all it takes is one tree branch being a punk and falling over and knocking out the power. Plus there's the slim chance of a tree falling on my house.

Yay, "rest holds" were perhaps my biggest want. Having a match end on a "mundane" submission move kinda sucks, but so does completely eliminating them from the logic in Large damage. (basically the mod makes only Signature/Finisher submissions able to cause a tapout)

Yes and no. Depends on if the edit making was accounting for it or not. Even a submission specialist is only going to have so many submission moves. You can just make his nastiest his finisher and 1-3 other intense ones signatures and then maybe sprinkle in 2-3 submission moves that won't actually get a tap, but make it look like the specialist is wearing them down.

So I watched the whole storyline in 2k19 and if I'm not mistaken the Shield isn't used at all. And Braun is Universal Champ and AJ and Finn are pushed as main eventers. It's always funny when game developers understand what WWE fans want more than the actual WWE.

It's pretty decent. Definitely 'enough to get by', just don't download anything by "Logic Club". In Mod News: Moved Venue Settings, FreeCam, Take Over Player, Com Level Control, and Match Speed Control have all been ported to 2.0. Surprised FreeCam made it, but apparently the camera is a generic unity object, and didn't get changed with the update.

One thing I've noticed since getting into Fire Pro is that most e-feds and stuff are all OCs and whatnot. Pretty weird to go to after being used to VGCW and having Donkey Kong fight Phoenix Wright.

IIRC that won't actually delete them in the game, just prevent updates. Its one of the big grumbles people have about the game. I believe a mod tool exists for cleaning up, but I am not sure it works with 2.0. Alternatively Triplexpac could delete his save and start over, perhaps downloading a one of the blank saves that have all of the mission mode stuff S-ranked to unlock the full edit points and extra moves (Though maybe that PS4 cheat code they introduced works with the PC version too?)
