That Chrales guy uncovered some info - Halloween tasks, avatar items, and a 3 stage non-mythical special research quest for Spiritomb that will involve catching 108 pokemon. https://www.reddit.com/r/TheSilphRoad/comments/9qn0jo/new_halloween_special_research_by_chrales/ No word on when it all starts, I would like to guess today considering Mewtwo is getting replaced this afternoon, but I doubt it as we haven't received an official announcement yet.
