I'm having some issues with party chat. I'm playing cross-platform (friend is on Xbox one, I'm using the Xbox app on win 10) and things have been going fine until tonight. On party chat I could hear her but she couldn't hear me. It's definitely not a hardware issue (tested my mic with a bunch of other stuff) and I've tried all the fixes I can find like firewall settings and privacy settings. If anyone has any advice on what could be going on it would be appreciated.

I just bought an X from Costco and RDR2 from Best Buy. The outside of the box has an Xbox game pass code underneath a sticker but there was a different code inside the box too along with a 14-day XBL pass. Anyone know if I can redeem them both for 2 months of game pass? I'm waiting to redeem them until after I've burned myself out of RDR2 or else I'd just try both codes and answer my own question. The side of the box says it only includes 1 month of game pass so I don't understand why I have two different codes.

Welp traded in the original xbone for the X @ Gamespot. Got RDR 2 along with the X for about $250+tax with the deal. Kinda crazy. One thing is they were hell bent on the hdmi cable. But the manager was happy to stack deals and went out of his way to do it. Anyways thanks thread, now I have the most galaxy's most powerful console ever invented.

Curious too, although given RDR2 is almost exclusively advertised with the PS4 (a far too small chunk of the population will know about the resolution difference), I expect a boost will mainly be from Gamestop's deal. Game looks great on my Xbox One S and 720p TV at least.  If you only have a 1080p TV I wouldn't sweat about an upgrade unless you only have an Xbox One (S).

I'm about 4-5 hours in so far, and I can only stand playing for 30-45 minutes before I feel like playing something else or turning it off.
