actually i take that back, the best part about fitch was when he hit terminal exhaustion bj penn with an overhand right and spent the rest of the round punching him from top position. to no visible effect. that was great.

The best part about Fitch for me as a new MMA fan was Joe Rogan constantly gushing over how he timed slapping his legs and chest in tune with his walkout music just before entering the cage.

I liked watching Fitch big brother Erick Silva, get wrestled for a round and a half by old BJ Penn, and getting knocked out cold by Bigg Rigg.

i watched bj / diaz again today. the first round really highlights how good bj was. fat, with not more than one round of gas, and a 6 inch reach disadvantage, he landed some sick shots on diaz and legit won the round. he could have beaten nick diaz at that point in time with one more round of gas.
