Mate, you don’t even need to go for a walk, just go outside and boom! Cocky! They are everywhere and just as happy in urban areas as they are in the bush. There were 5 of them hanging out on the junction of the main road near me, perching on power lines and lampposts.
The Rainbow Lorikeets are also back dining on the Bottle-Brush tree in front of my balcony. It’s good to see them again, feels like spring now.
