Chicha's first adoptiversary is coming up and we're thinking about getting her a Wisdom Panel to find out why she looks like a very short, long bodied, triangle-headed shepherd. Apparently her parentage is the talk of the dog park even when we're not around. Pictures from when we adopted her as a 15 lbs 5 month old:   And how she looks now (30 lbs, 17 months old):   People kept telling us she would grow into her ears but I think the opposite happened  I'm so, so proud of how far she's come. When we got her she was so nervous, she hated leaving the house, tried to drag us home when we took her on walks, kept away from other dogs, and disappeared behind the couch whenever someone came to visit. She didn't want to play, just cuddle, and would jump into our laps as soon as we sat down (or even if we weren't properly sitting - she would jump in between my knees if I was just kneeling down to grab something.) We're still working on her shyness, but she's now well socialized, has lots of doggy and human friends, and loves to play and explore new places. I love her so much. Now if only she would stop having excitement pees...!

My friend posted the same Instagram photo with a caption saying he hopes Sully will go on to help one of the traumatized victims of his war criminal son, and while I’m okay and all with this vibe, that’s a good boy. You aren’t a bad dog for doing a good job for a bad person. You still get to be a good dog, even if. Even Chris Benoit’s dogs, safe in the enclosed pool area, were good dogs too.

Hey dudes, go snuggle your puppers for me. My wife had to have one of my dogs put down today, and I'm away for work and wont be able to hug my other dog until almost Christmas. I'm gonna drink a bunch of beers and see if I cam figure out how to post some pics of her.
