Let’s not put windshield controls on the stalks so they’re symmetric.
Let’s rely on auto wipers based on a loving camera.

You won’t care.

Drives me irrationally angry.

wow, so the system that will navigate your car without driver input literally can't tell if it's snowing.

It's a bit worse than that.
The camera that's supposed to see in order for the system to navigate the car *literally gets blinded by the snow or rain, in order to detect it*.

It’s protected pretty well, AFAIK.
The bolts are your best chance for that. They’ve used badly zinc-clad lovely bolts before.

That said, something like 10% of the bolts used on the battery skate is enough to still hold the weight of the battery, at least that’s the way it used to be on the S.

Bit of a tangent, but...

... this is an excellent book.
The comic itself is hilarious, and it has footnotes that rival those from Peter Watts' novels (except also illustrated).

It's exactly that, so of course it's used to decide the fate of millions of employees and untold billions of dollars. It's complete voodoo used by idiot capitalists and dead-eyed growth hackers to justify their useless, parasitic existences.

Net Promoter Score is what a very bad Product team at a software company uses to justify their existence.

Pretty much anybody who knows anything knows that NPS is a bullshit metric that does nothing.

So of course Product and Marketing teams love it.
