Are you thinking of Jason Rohde? He murdered his wife, but he got her name tattooed on him after an earlier affair as a gesture of trustworthiness. Oh, I bet you’re thinking of the Tammy Moorer/Sidney Moorer kidnapping and probably murder of Heather Elvis. It is weird that there are at least two murder cases that involve punishment tattoos.
