I managed to recruit a prisoner in Rimworld 'cos he had some good skills and immediately gave him a prosthetic arm, after his original arm was shot off trying to fight one of my sentry turrets with a knife. Now he's going round in a constant state of horror 'cos it turns out he's a massive technophobe and he hates this alien thing attached to his shoulder. I'm having to keep him constantly stoned to keep him from freaking out and it's a massive pain in the arse. I might just have him go and try to punch a grizzly bear to death and suck up the morale hit to my other colonists when it bites him to pieces.

They used to gilt the railings around Buckingham palace because it was cheaper than gold paint. Dunno if they still do. I went to work for ~3 hours before I started losing the ability to read. Wore a fluorescent snood as a makeshift surgical mask. Probably infected a few hundred people.

i bought the ingredients to make a sweet potato and chorizo soup but i've realised that all of my tupperware is currently full and in the freezer, so i'm desperately eating large amounts of curry and chilli in order to make room and i'm scared of the arse repercussions
