The vehicle in the photo is the Airlander 10 which is a hybrid airship because it's a blimp with airplane bits stuck onto it which also give lift.

And they're called that because their mostly official designation was "Type B limp bag airship". (The previous design was a loving disaster and only one was ever made, the DN-1, which is why there is a Type B but no Type A.)
