I don't think there is any doubt on that. He still talks positively about cryptocurrency and has expressed the opinion of "If i were going to put money back in i'd be smart next time." Meaning he is still a huge loving idiot that thinks the market can be figured out, so even if he is telling the truth and he actually did cash out it's only a matter of time until a banner advertisement or his own severely damaged brain convince him that he has what it takes to get rich by outsmarting the market. There is like a 90% chance he tripled down on his holdings and is sitting back just waiting to be smug and reveal his riches to the forums once his research and intelligence pays off.

The smartest investors who didn't need bailouts last round so they rule the roost today, more or less, never take a big risk and just aim for reliable gains. Unless they can get really favorable odds and use someone else's money to take that risk for them (literally Mitt Romney and Bain Capital).
