I typically buy the fancy TJs beans and they;re really good, the cheap "light" roast is really acidic tho

i was trying their darker roasts and i might as well have been stewing tree bark harvested after a forest fire. gave up on them after that but good to know they have some decent stuff.

its like 6 minutes start-to-finish (boiling water, grinding beans, cleaning aeropress etc) for me. more time than i want to spend per cup when i want to drink a shitload of coffee.

eyein' those beans. what roaster is that and how do you like it? been thinking about getting back into roasting my own but i used to use a gas grill with a homemade rotating drum and now i'm apartment living and don't have the space or inclination for that sort of thing.

that's a hot top, it's good but expensive and overkill probably

bucks is good i guess at making a bitter black sludge that kinda resembles coffee when mixed into a gallon of cream and sugar but it shouldnt ever be drunk as if it were actual coffee

change my mind.

I've actually found that I really really enjoy publix brand medium roast coffee.
