Payouts happen as soon as a train hits the station, but if you build a station on space 1 of a track, you don't get money when the train "spawns" in.

I don't know how loans are tracked. Presumably you don't lock up a disc for ever and ever.

 Looking at the rules, it appears that there should be 8 white discs with ¥ on them. Those are loan markers that are used to track loans. For this game, it can probably just be tracked After speed tokens or shares.
